This dress is absolutely beautiful and will fit an active young woman well. I had cups added to the bust but I am unsure of the exact size. My bra size is an A if that is helpful. I am 4’11” and wore heels with the dress, 1.5-2” heel. The straps were also taken in since my chest is so small. I weighed about 110 pounds when I wore this dress.
