The ivory coloured veil is also included in the sale price. The material and colour of the custom made veil perfectly matches the dress but it is not from Vera Wang.
The street size of the dress is 2. I had minor alteration done on the dress as the label size was 6. I am 5.7' and wore 4.5" heels under this dress.
This gorgeous gown by Vera Wang, the Leda, is an ivory, strapless mermaid floating lace gown over web lace. The intricate and delicate rose and tulip lace lays over the webbed lace to create a gorgeous three-dimensional, yet extremely light look. At the top of the tight bodice sits a wispy tulle piece, which gives the illusion of something soft floating on the skin. At the bottom of the bodice, the skirt opens up into a romantic full skirt, with layers upon layers of bias-cut, tiered pieces of horsehair and tulle.
